Inpatient Pharmacy
The Inpatient Pharmacy provides bedside counselling and dispenses medications to patients at the point of discharge during office hours.
In addition, the inpatient pharmacy offers services such as medication reconciliation and medication review to ensure an accurate and complete medication list, and to optimise each patient’s treatment plan.
NCID Pharmacy
National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) is the national designated outbreak centre in Singapore. It is also one of the sites for screening, treatment and management of infectious diseases such as HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, dengue, malaria, Mpox, etc.
At NCID Pharmacy, our services include both inpatient and outpatient pharmacies. Besides supplying of medications, pharmacists at NCID run pharmacist-led clinics such as drug adherence clinic and comorbidity clinic ensuring optimal care for our patients.

Emergency Pharmacy
The Emergency Pharmacy serves patients from the emergency department and the Emergency Diagnostic & Therapeutic Centre (EDTC). Patients who have been discharged from their inpatient stay after office hours would also be directed to the emergency pharmacy to collect their medications.

TTSH Onsite PillLocker
Retrieve your medications at TTSH within 24 hours of receiving your SMS OTP.
We have made medication collection even more convenient with the Onsite PillLocker at TTSH. Located just outside the B2 Outpatient Pharmacy, the TTSH Onsite PillLocker allows you to pick up your medications within 24 hours after receiving your SMS notification. You can choose to collect your medications via the TTSH Onsite PillLocker by placing your order through HealthHub or NHG Health App. We recommend placing your order 1 - 3 working days in advance.

Smoking Cessation
Our Smoking Cessation Clinic is run by a team of pharmacists who are certified Quit Smoking Consultants. The objective is to guide our clients through the process of quitting and help them to prevent relapses. Studies have shown that advice and support from professional consultants improve the quit rates of those who smoke.
What you can expect
We will conduct a thorough assessment for you on the following areas:
- Personal smoking history
- Family smoking history
- Reasons for smoking
- Level of nicotine dependence
- Stage of readiness to quit smoking
- Motivating factors
Based on the information gathered, we will guide you in coming up with an appropriate plan to quit smoking. We will also provide advice on how to cope with withdrawal symptoms and cravings. If necessary, we may recommend medication to aid the quitting process (e.g. nicotine replacement therapy, bupropion and/or varenicline).

- Follow-up session: $36 (subjected to means testing)

Medication Review
The medication review service is provided by our pharmacists to help you understand your medications, herbs and supplements.
You may benefit from the medication review service if you:
- Are taking more than five chronic (long-term) medications
- Are receiving medications from more than one doctor / institution
- Wish to find out more about the medications that you are taking (e.g. use, side effects, drug or food interactions)
- Wish to know if you are able to take other herbs and supplements with your medications
- Have a lot of old medications at home
It is a private, 30-minute consultation with our pharmacists who can:
- Help you to sort and organise your medications
- Answer your questions about your medications
- Provide advice if you are able to take other over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, herbs or supplements with your current medications
Please bring along these documents on the day of appointment:
- All medications (prescription, OTC medicines or supplements)
- Recent discharge summaries, if any
- Recent health screening, laboratory reports or blood test results, if any
