Passengers alighting at Bus stop number 50038 (Novena Square) along Thomson Road, may use the underpass at Novena MRT station to proceed to TTSH via Exit A.

Mondays to Saturdays (7 am to 6 pm): $2.40 per 60 minutes (on per Minute Charges)
- Mondays to Saturdays (6 pm to 7 am) and Sundays & Public Holidays: $2.40 per entry
TTSH Integrated Care Hub (TTSH ICH)
Mondays to Saturdays (7 am to 6 pm): $1.80 per 60 minutes (on per Minute Charges)
- Mondays to Saturdays (6pm to 7am) and Sundays & Public Holiday: $2.40 per entry
Notes:
- Motorcycles (Mondays to Sundays, all day for both locations): $1.20 per entry
- Public Season Parking Available at $200 per month.
- Download ourcar.sg app (Apple Store or Google Play) and select ICH carpark to apply for Public Season Parking.

From mid-November 2026, shuttle buses will go to TTSH Pavilion and are wheelchair accessible. Please check back closer to the date for the latest shuttle bus schedule.

To better support and enable our visually-impaired community, most of the public areas in our hospital are accessible to their guide dog companions. This will allow individuals to continue their independent mobility between home and hospital.
As a healthcare institution, there are some patient care areas that will not be accessible to guide dogs for infection control purposes and also, for health and safety of the guide dogs. These include areas such as our intensive care wards, oncology treatment areas, renal dialysis centres, diagnostic radiology facilities and areas with presence of immuno-compromised patients.
