Established in 2021, IREx focuses on three key areas in functional preservation and restoration needs - Research, Innovation and Education.

To foster and develop interdisciplinary collaborative clinical research and innovation ​and drive implementation and clinical integration of new care models with rehabilitation technology.

Aspiring to adopt a systems-level approach in cultivating, trailing, and implementing innovation initiatives through levers of process/care redesign, workforce transformation and technology enablement.

We hope to create a better community and cultivate rehabilitation education for all stakeholders (pre-professionals, professionals, patients, caregivers, volunteers etc.).
