General Practitioners (GPs) and family physicians play an important role in providing quality primary care. Tan Tock Seng Hospital is committed to work closely with GPs in the community to ensure timely and personalised care for patients.​

​The PEARL Liaison Centre (PLC) is primary contact point for patients who are overseas, including Singaporeans, residents, and foreigners seeking transfer to Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) for continued medical care. Patients must be in a stable condition to be eligible for transfer.

PLC works with referring evacuation companies and coordinates the care within TTSH to ensure smooth, timely direct admissions, minimising unnecessary delays. 

For direct admission requests, kindly provide us:

• Patient's name as per passport
• Patient's NRIC / FIN / Passport Number
• Patient's Date of Birth
• Patient's updated medical condition and medical report in English
• Expected date of transfer to TTSH

The PEARL Liaison Centre (PLC) provides dedicated support to eligible policyholders by assisting with the scheduling of outpatient appointments with their preferred specialists at TTSH.​
