*Each individual is eligible for up to six deliveries per year with no service fee. A fee of $9.81 applies for failed deliveries or re-deliveries, including if your parcel is returned and you collect it from TTSH instead.

- *For “Self-collect from locker at institution”, collection time will be from 10.30am onwards. Please collect within 24 hours upon receiving SMS OTP.
- **For “Delivery”, kindly ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at your chosen timeslot.
Eligibility
- Valid prescription from Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) or National Neuroscience Institute (NNI)
- NOT for medications that need to be started immediately (at least 2 weeks of medications left)
- NOT for controlled drugs
- NOT for clinic administered medication
- For Neighbourhood Lockers (i.e. PopStation or Pick! Lockers):
- NOT for refrigerated items
- No bulky medication (our staff will contact you if necessary)
Delivery Charges
Terms & Conditions for Leave at Doorstep
By selecting Leave at Doorstep, you agree to the following:
- Delivery window:
Our delivery partner will leave your medication parcel at your doorstep at any time up to 3 working days from your chosen preferred date.
Suitability of your doorstep:
Before selecting this option, please carefully assess that your doorstep or delivery location meets the following conditions (list is non-exhaustive) to prevent parcel damage or loss:- Is sheltered from rain and direct sun exposure
- Will not be affected by floor cleaning or other activities during the delivery window
- Is clean and free from signs of pest or hygiene concerns
- Is a residential address (not recommended for offices, nursing homes, or commercial buildings)
- Is suitable for the value of your medication
To ensure safe delivery, our delivery partner will also assess the suitability of leaving the parcel at your doorstep. If leaving the parcel at your doorstep is assessed to be unsuitable or not possible, alternative delivery arrangements will be made and service fee may apply.
- Delivery notification:
You will be notified of the outcome of your delivery, whether successful or unsuccessful.
- Prompt retrieval:
Your parcel may be exposed to variation in ambient temperature or other potential adverse risks once delivered to your doorstep. Please retrieve or ensure retrieval of the parcel as soon as you receive the notification of successful delivery.
- Liability:
By choosing this option, you acknowledge the risks associated therewith and accept that the pharmacy, delivery company and delivery personnel will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of your parcel occurring after delivery at your doorstep, including any unauthorised access to information contained in and/or on the parcel arising from any such loss or theft.
