No, there is no charge.

• You will need internet-enabled devices such as a desktop, laptop, smartphone or tablet equipped with a video camera and microphone.

• You will need to know how to use ZOOM application. You can refer to the video guide here.

• Click on the meeting link sent or key in Zoom meeting ID available in your email/SMS to enter the video conferencing platform at the appointment time. Ensure that you are available for the appointment.

• Please wait patiently for your pharmacy staff to enter. Our staff will give you a call 10 minutes before each session to ensure you are ready to start the video consultation.

​Our staff will try to guide you to troubleshoot before and during the session. If it cannot be resolved, the appointment can be rescheduled.

• ​You can have medication counselling at the comfort of your own home, with medication images to help with your understanding.

• It may reduce waiting time in the pharmacy.

​Your pharmacy staff will answer your medication queries as best as they can. If you require a thorough review of your physical medications, you may wish to call 6357 2040 to book a Medication Review session at the Outpatient Pharmacy.

• ​To protect the privacy of our patients, caregivers and staff, audio and video recording of the video consultation is not permitted.  

• Posting of the video consultation on any social media platform is not permitted

• Legal actions may be taken by the hospital if any of the above has been violated.
