​The TTSH Rehabilitation Centre is a well-established rehab facility in Singapore. The goal of rehabilitation is to assist our patients to achieve maximal functional independence and a smooth integration back into the community. The Rehab Nurse Clinician collaborates with the Rehabilitation Team to provide education, counselling, resources and support to both patients and carers. Patients and carers are empowered and equipped with knowledge and tools to effectively manage their condition.
