No Service Fee for Locker Collection Starting 1 April 2026

From 1 April 2026, patients collecting their medications from lockers (onsite and offsite) will not be charged any service fee.​

To receive your medication, quote the PIN number sent to you via SMS on the day of your delivery to the delivery courier.

 

Please be sure someone is available to receive the delivery at your chosen timeslot.

 

Note: Medication parcels cannot be left unattended at the riser/doorstep.
