*Each individual is eligible for up to six deliveries per year with no service fee. A fee of $9.81 applies for failed deliveries or re-deliveries, including if your parcel is returned and you collect it from TTSH instead.

Receive a One-Time Pin (OTP) via SMS when your medication is ready for collection.
Step 2
Collect your medication from the designated locker within 48 hours.

Use the details provided in the SMS to access your medication.

Check for the correct prescribed medication.
We have made medication collection even more convenient with the Onsite PillLocker at TTSH. Located just outside the B2 Outpatient Pharmacy, the TTSH Onsite PillLocker allows you to pick up your medications within 24 hours after receiving your SMS notification.
You can choose to collect your medications via the TTSH Onsite PillLocker by placing your order through HealthHub or NHG Health App. We recommend placing your order 1 - 3 working days in advance.

You will receive the SMS OTP only on the day your medication is deposited into the TTSH PillLocker. Deposits are made from 10:30am onwards, and the OTP will be sent via SMS from "TTSH", the same sender used for appointment reminders.
If you have not received the OTP by 11:00am, please:
Verify that the correct mobile number is registered in HealthHub.
If your mobile number is incorrect or you still have not received the OTP, please visit Pharmacy Counter 29 or contact the pharmacy at 6357 2040 for assistance.
Your medication will be kept in the TTSH PillLocker for 24 hours from the time it is deposited. The collection expiry date and time will be stated in the SMS OTP sent to you. Please collect your medication before the stated expiry time.
