Find out what to expect at NHG Polyclinics - from registration and consultation to tests, pharmacy services and follow-up guidance.

Registration & Check-In

  • Reduce waiting time and get your queue number 30 mins before your appt time by registering via NHG Health app.
  • You may register at the Self-Service Kiosk using your identification number.
  • Complete a short health screening questionnaire.
  • Receive a queue ticket from your NHG Health App or Self-Service Kiosk with your assigned consultation or service room.

During Consultation & Tests

  • Proceed to the consultation room indicated when your queue number is called.

Medication Collection

  • Collect prescribed medication at the NHG Polyclinics pharmacy.
  • Some locations offer PILBOX or other convenient medication pick-up options.
