Registration & Check-In
- Reduce waiting time and get your queue number 30 mins before your appt time by registering via NHG Health app.
- You may register at the Self-Service Kiosk using your identification number.
- Complete a short health screening questionnaire.
- Receive a queue ticket from your NHG Health App or Self-Service Kiosk with your assigned consultation or service room.
During Consultation & Tests
- Proceed to the consultation room indicated when your queue number is called.
Medication Collection
- Collect prescribed medication at the NHG Polyclinics pharmacy.
- Some locations offer PILBOX or other convenient medication pick-up options.
