Your 2-year HMAP journey begins with a month-long orientation, immersing you in Singapore's public healthcare landscape through exclusive activities - from leadership dialogues to cross-institutional sharing sessions with NHG Health leaders and senior Management Associates.
The next 23 months feature 3 cross-functional rotations, each spanning 7-8 months. Experience NHG Health healthcare functions including Patient Operations, Support Services, and Corporate/Strategic Planning while building transferable skills and gaining comprehensive healthcare understanding.
Upon graduation, transition into roles within NHG Health institutions, with continued leadership development opportunities and career specialization paths.
