Launched by NHG Health, the 15M Awards recognise residents, community groups and organisations who are making a meaningful difference to the health and well-being across Central and North Singapore. These awards are part of the 15M social movement, a collective effort to add 15 million years of healthy life to the 1.5 million residents in the NHG Health region by supporting healthier living, stronger connections and more caring communities.

The 15M Awards will be presented at POP Collect 2026 at Bukit Canberra on 29 May 2026, celebrating achievements across two categories:
- Community Awards for individuals and groups
- Organisation Awards recognising Innovation, Collaboration and Impact
