​CSC card holders under the 1957 to 1993 CSC scheme will be entitled to claim benefits for selected subsidised dental treatments. Please check with your organisation on the types of subsidised dental treatments that you can claim CSC card benefits for. If you are claiming the CSC dental benefits, you will have to make upfront payment at our dental clinic and then seek reimbursement from your company.​​​​

You may use your own and/or your immediate family members’ MediSave accounts to pay for selected outpatient treatments under the Chronic Disease Management Programme, as well as for selected vaccinations and health screenings.

I would like to know more about the usage of Baby Bonus in polyclinics.

You may use the savings in your child’s Child Development Account (CDA) to pay fees for your child who are attending approved institutions registered with MCYS under the Baby Bonus Scheme. National Healthcare Group Polyclinics (NHGP) is registered as one of the approved institutions. 

All expenses incurred in NHGP under your child’s name can be settled using the funds in your child’s CDA. All you need to present is your child CDA-NETS card.

The funds in your child’s CDA can also be used to pay his / her siblings’ medical bills in NHGP. Under MCYS requirement, we will need to verify the sibling relationship between your children. Thus, there is a need to bring your children’s birth certificates and your NRIC.

The first Health Plan discussion at your enrolled clinic is free-of-charge. However, regular consultation fees apply for acute conditions or chronic condition reviews done during the same visit.​

The consultation fees for FPs in our polyclinics can be found here. The laboratory and radiology fees for FP patients will be charged separately at the same rates as the patients in the general pool.​​
 

If you are aged above 65 years and choose to join the FP clinic, your medication costs will be higher than what you would have been charged as an elderly patient in the general pool of patients. The fees for the FP clinic are however still highly subsidised for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents, and remain affordable to the public.​​​​

All Singaporeans currently receive government subsidies at the polyclinics. As such, CHAS subsidies are not applicable for all dental services.​.

DAD is a one-time $8 appointment booking deposit for Dental Service. It is not chargeable to company account or MCPS (third-party payer) but is waived for patients on the Public Assistance or Medicare Assistance Scheme.​

DAD serves to promote patients’ responsibility in keeping to their scheduled appointment, and to cancel or re-schedule at least 3 working days prior of their appointment date so as to free up limited dental appointment resource for others who need this service.​

The fee of $8 will be collected at the dental clinic when you make an appointment for your dental treatment.​

No. As long as you have a dental appointment deposit with us, it allows you to make subsequent appointment.​

Yes, ​there is a validity period of 24 months. DAD will be auto-forfeited if you do not revisit within 24 months from your last dental appointment at any of our NHG Polyclinics​.​

NHG Polyclinics will not hold any dental deposit for more than 2 years. You are encouraged to seek a refund if you decide to discontinue your dental care at any NHG Polyclinic. Your DAD will be auto-forfeited if you do not revisit within 24 months from your last dental appointment at any of our NHG Polyclinics.​

For a refund, pls go to for.sg/nhgp-refund​ for a GIRO refund or visit any Dental Clinics at NHG Polyclinics (except Khatib and Serangoon​) for a ​cash refund.

Note: Please ensure completeness of the information to avoid any delay.

DAD will be forfeited if rescheduling / cancellation is done in less than 3 working days, no show, late for more than 15 minutes, ​or have not visited any NHG Polyclinic for a dental appointment within 24 month​s​.

Dental appointment deposit will be forfeited if you fail to turn up for your appointment or late for more than 15 minutes or cancel your appointment less than 3 working days in advance. 

For example:

• I have an appointment on 08 Apr 2024, if I cancel my appointment on 06 Apr 2024, will my DAD be forfeited?​

D​ental deposit will be forfeited when you can​cel your appointment less than 3 working days in advance.

• And what if I cancel my appointment on 05 Apr 2024?​

Dental deposit will not be forfeited as you cancel more than 3 working days in advance. Please check your DAD expiry date and claim a refund before the expiry date. DAD gets automatically forfeited on the expiry date.

The appointment deposit fee will be waived if you are on the Public Assistance or Medicare Assistance Scheme.​
