Collection Instructions:
Submit both urine AND blood.
For blood collection:
1. Draw sufficient blood into gold top tube.
2. Gently invert the tube 5 times.
3. Send specimen to the laboratory immediately
For urine collection:

2. Collect midstream urine in sterile screw-capped container
3. Send specimen to the laboratory immediately.
