​Upon request, your hardcopy bill(s) request will be processed within 5 working days by our outsourced partner. The bill will be sent to the patient's registered address by post, and the speed of delivery will depend on the postal service. 

You may also retrieve soft copies of outstanding bill/s from the HealthHub app and website​.
