Can my discharge medications be included in this delivery?
This delivery service applies to our retail items only. Discharge medications should be collected from Pharmacy (Tower B).
Can the retail items be found at other pharmacies?
You may check with the community pharmacies in our vicinity if they have stock for the items you need.
Where can I get the retail items that are not within the WhatsApp catalogue?
You can visit Pharmacy (Medical Centre) located at Woodlands Hospital Campus Medical Centre at B1 to make your purchase.
Will I be entitled for senior citizen discount if I place an order through WhatsApp?
Pioneer and Merdeka Generation discounts are only applicable for walk-in purchases at Woodlands Hospital's Pharmacy (Medical Centre). Seniors will need to present their Pioneer or Merdeka Generation card upon payment for verification.
Can I self-collect my orders placed through WhatsApp?
Currently, only home delivery service is available for orders placed through WhatsApp.
Can I request for home delivery service if I make my purchases at Pharmacy (Medical Centre)?
Yes, you may request for home delivery service.
