Woodlands Hospital Medical Centre
We provide consultation services for patients, such as:
- Clinical review to patients for their medical or surgical conditions
- Treatment procedures to diagnose and treat patient’s medical condition
- Short to long term follow up for patients needing different types of treatments
- Minor surgical procedures
- Discipline-based outpatient procedures
- Patient education and counselling to enhance patient understanding, self-management and treatment compliance
- Specialty care for patients with specific needs (provided by nurse specialists)

What to bring?
Please bring along the following items:
- Personal documents such as your Singapore NRIC or Passport and Employment Pass / Work Permit / Dependent Pass.
- Referral letter from polyclinic / general practitioners (GPs) / other healthcare institutions / private doctors
- Medical Benefits Identification Document (e.g. Civil Service Card, Medical Benefit Identification Memo)
- Letter of Guarantee (LOG) where applicable
- List of current medication and balance quantity, if any
- X-ray and investigation records (within the last 6 months, if any)
Registration
On the day of your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.
Registration can be done via HealthHub or NHG Health app or at a Patient Service Station located at each level of our Medical Centre.

How to make payment?
After your appointment, you may make payment at any Patient Service Station on our Campus or via HealthHub or NHG Health app.

How to request for your medical report?

Consult your doctor via secure video consultation
Consult your care team from the comfort of your home through secure, scheduled video visits via the NHG Health App.
Telemedicine is available for eligible, clinically stable patients, offering the same trusted care as an in-person visit, without the need to travel. Eligibility of teleconsultations would be advised by your care team.
