How to Join Your Video Consultation




After Your Consultation
Arrange medication delivery the same day via the NHG Health App: open your Appointment → "Arrange Medication Delivery".
Select your preferred delivery date and time, and enter your email and mobile number.
Indicate Medisave use (if applicable) and whether you want the full prescription to be delivered.
Complete payment digitally; your medical certificate or test results will appear in the app or be mailed if applicable.
Troubleshooting and Tips
Restart your device and relaunch the app if audio or video is not working.
Check your internet connection: switch to a stronger Wi‑Fi network or move closer to your router. If the video lags or quality drops, keep the audio on.
Use headphones to improve sound quality and maintain privacy.

Is teleconsultation suitable for me?
Teleconsultations are generally offered to clinically stable patients for follow-up care. Your doctor will advise if a teleconsultation is appropriate for your condition.
Can a caregiver join the session?
Yes, with your consent. Please ensure that your caregiver is present at the start of the consultation so our staff can record their participation.
How do I receive my medications?
You can choose from the following options:
Home delivery within 5 working days (a delivery charge of $4 applies)
Self-Collection at WH B1 Locker
Walk-in to WH B1 Pharmacy (please note this option is not available via the app)
How do I get my Medical Certificate (MC)?
Your medical certificate will be uploaded to your NHG Health App after the consultation and can be downloaded directly from the app.
What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?
If you need to reschedule, you may do so via the NHG Health App or HealthHub App, or by calling WH Contact Centre at 6363 8000.
