Collection Instructions:
Due to short specimen stability, do not collect blood on Thursday, Friday and on day before public holiday. Patient should be fasting.

1. Draw sufficient blood into red top tube.
2. Gently invert the tube 5 times.
3. immediately after specimen collection, chill specimen in either crushed ice or an ice pack. The coolant must cover the specimen level in the tube.
4. Send specimen to the laboratory immediately
