Dr Tan is a Family Physician, Senior Staff at NHG Ang Mo Kio Polyclinic. He graduated in 1993 with MBBS from the National University of Singapore and obtained the Graduate Diploma of Family Medicine in 2014. He was registered as a Family Physician in 2015. His main interest is in Chronic Disease management and manages patients with acute conditions.
