Dr Ezlyn Izharuddin is a Family Physician at NHG Yishun Polyclinic. Dr Izharuddin graduated from University College Cork, Ireland with an MB BCh BAO in 2010 and subsequently obtained her Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine in 2024. She is adept in the management of patients with acute and chronic medical conditions and currently practises in a Teamlet-based care model in the clinic.
