From the Central Expressway (CTE) towards Tampines Expressway/ Seletar Expressway (TPE/SLE):

 

Take Exit 7A towards Moulmein Road.  Turn left at Moulmein Road.  Turn right onto Jalan Tan Tock Seng.

 

From the Central Expressway (CTE) towards City/ Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE):

 

Take Exit 7C towards Moulmein Road.  Turn left at Moulmein Road.  Turn right onto Jalan Tan Tock Seng.

 

From the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) towards Changi:

 

Take Exit 17 towards Thomson Road.  Turn right onto Thomson Road.  Drive past Balestier Road Junction.  Turn left into Moulmein Road after Novena MRT Station.  Turn left at Jalan Tan Tock Seng.

 

From the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) towards Jurong:

 

Take Exit 15A to merge onto Central Expressway (CTE) towards City, then take exit 7C towards Moulmein Road. Turn left at Moulmein Road.  Turn right onto Jalan Tan Tock Seng.

 

Parking and fees information:

  • Monday to Saturday (7 am to 6 pm): $2.40 per 60 minutes
  • Monday to Saturday (6 pm to 7 am): $2.40 per entry
  • Sunday & Public Holiday: $2.40 per entry
