COVID-19
Just a few months after our official opening in September 2019, NCID was called on to be at the forefront of Singapore's COVID-19 outbreak efforts. As the centre of COVID-19 management and response, our efforts bear testament to our outbreak readiness and management. NCID's integrated functions from clinical care, public health, research and training were involved in the response to COVID-19. NCID also played a national role in supporting the Ministry of Health in making evidence-based policy decisions.
