MIND The Wellness
This campaign by a group of students from Nanyang Technological University's Wee Kim Wee School of Communication & Information aims to prevent the onset of mental health issues through the promotion of mental wellness.

Pandora's Dimension
Based on a true story, this film by a group of students from Nanyang Technological University shows us Judy's journey of discovering and coping with schizopherenia.

Project Dawn
Walk in the shoes of a young lady with anxiety. This experiential exhibition, which made use of mobile technology, was the first of its kind in Singapore. It was created by a group of 20 NUS students from various faculties.
In(visible)
An interactive theatre experience featuring three common mental illnesses: depression, anxiety and psychosis. This was planned, staged, and moderated by four Singapore Polytechnic students of Applied Drama & Psychology.
The Days That We Wander/Wonder
Mental illness is both a physical and emotional journey, as you can see in this multi-disciplinary art exhibition featuring specially commissioned works. The exhibition was put together by three Arts Business Management graduates of Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Embrace(D)
A campaign to de-stigmatize depression and empower individuals, this was planned and executed by four students from Nanyang Technological University’s Wee Kim Wee School of Communication & Information.

Drop That Label
Drop That Label is a NUS student-led initiative by CHAT to get NUS students to drop the labels of stigma we place on those with mental health issues.

Letters to Amanda
As part of our campaign to Burst the Silence, a group of NUS students started a project with us to get people to contribute their secrets and struggles anonymously through postcards.

Started by a person-in-recovery, the Tapestry Project SG features real stories to inspire hope and challenge negative stereotypes of mental illness.
Wear a plaster. End the silence. Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) encouraged the public to talk about suicide by wearing a conversation starter in the form of a black #howru plaster.

When Hannah Brencher fell into depression, she started writing letters, and leaving them for strangers. The act has gone global, rushing handwritten letters to those in need of a boost.
A global art project started by Candy Chang, “Before I Die” invites people to share their reflections on a blackboard in public. More than 1,000 boards have been created in over 70 countries.
A Canadian mental health website for youth by youth, with resources and coping tools for young people with mental health concerns.
A movement to give hope and support people struggling with depression, addiction, self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
The New Mentality is a network of Ontarian youth groups who work with community partners to destigmatize mental health concerns.
