Who is eligible?

Valid prescription from Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) or Admiralty Medical Centre (AdMC)
NOT for medications that need to be started immediately
NOT for controlled drugs
NOT clinic administered medication
For Pick Locker,
a. No fridge medication
b. No bulky medication (our staff will contact you if necessary)

What are the delivery charges?

Charges per delivery (before GST)

First delivery of every calendar month (based on delivery date)	Free

Things to Note:

Please submit your order no later than 2 weeks prior to your delivery date.
For Home Delivery,
a. Ensure someone (aged 18 years old and above) is around to physically receive the medications.
b. You will receive an SMS confirmation on the delivery date of your order. Quote the PIN number to the delivery courier.
For Pick Locker,
a. Your medication parcel will be ready for collection by 10pm on the selected date.
b. You'll receive an SMS with collection details once the parcel is deposited.
c. Please collect within 48 hours using the provided OTP after receiving the SMS.
All items delivered or collected are non-exchangeable nor refundable.
KTPH shall endeavour to deliver the medications within the selected time window, but shall not be liable for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. any traffic or weather conditions, actions or omissions of any third party delivery vendors, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of KTPH).

For both Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Admiralty Medical Centre patients,

Step 1: Choose medicine/quantity, delivery or collection method/date/time on the webpage
Step 2: Receive a confirmation email
Step 3: Receive the medications on the scheduled date/time at the delivery address

Official invoice will be posted to your registered mail address within 1 week of receiving your order

No waiting at the pharmacy

Collect at your convenience 24/7 (available for 48 hours after SMS confirmation)

Who is it for?

Only for existing KTPH and ADMC patients who have uncollected balance from their Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) prescription

NOT for controlled drugs and clinic administered medication

Things to Note:

Please submit your order at least 3 working days in advance.

Once the parcel has been loaded into the MediBox, you will receive an SMS with the One-Time Password (OTP). If you have two parcels (fridge and non-fridge), you will receive two SMSes.

To collect your order, please proceed to MediBox – located next to Outpatient Pharmacy (Tower C, Level 1) - available 24/7.

Please collect your order anytime within 48 hours of receiving One-Time-Password.

Once collected from our MediBox lockers, medications are non-exchangeable nor refundable.​

Valid prescription from Admiralty Medical Centre (AdMC)

Collection Time:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5pm (excluding Public Holidays)

Admiralty Medical Centre Pharmacy (#03-01 Kampung Admiralty)

Please submit your order at least 3 working days in advance

Once collected, medications are non-exchangeable nor refundable

We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled at ADMC Pharmacy.
