Dr Angela Moh Mei Chung

Biography

 

Since joining the Clinical Research Unit, KTPH in October 2013, Dr Angela Moh is actively involved in obesity and type 2 diabetes-related research. During this period, she has been awarded over 15 grants as Principal Investigator, and have established several new study cohorts in addition to managing a relatively large bariatric surgery cohort. She has also published more than 15 manuscripts as first author and have won 8 conference scientific awards. Besides internal collaborations with KTPH Diabetes Centre and Department of Surgery, Dr Moh also has ongoing external collaborations with local institutions such as LKC-Medicine, NUH, GIS and NCCS. Over these 10 years, she has mentored about 15-20 polytechnic, junior college, and university students.
