As part of the National Pre-Planning Campaign, the KTPH Advance Care Planning (ACP) Team will be running an ACP Booth to promote awareness of ACP in the community. Come down to our booth at Yishun Library to learn more about how you can plan ahead to do your ACP with your trusted loved ones. Make ACP a part of your routine care!

KTPH ACP team will be at the booth during the following timings:

  • Thursday, 27 July: 1 – 6pm  
  • Friday, 28 July: 11am – 3pm
  • Saturday, 29 July: 11am – 6pm 
  • Sunday, 30 July: 11am – 6pm
