Our laboratory complies with the regulations and accreditation requirements set by the Ministry of Health of Singapore, under the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA), and proficiency scheme providers such as the College of American Pathologists (CAP), Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (RCPA), and Health Sciences Authority (HSA) of Singapore.​

All of our personnel have a duty to keep information about patients and personnel confidential, and to protect the privacy of individuals, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

We have a comprehensive business continuity plans to ensure the continuity of critical laboratory services during equipment downtime and emergency situations. We will ensure that all specimens are performed timely and we give the highest priority to urgent test orders from the Emergency Department (ED), Intensive Care Unit (ICU/CCU), Acute Assessment Unit (AAU) and Operating Theatre (OT).  Refer to Specimens Processing on how we communicate during downtime.​
