REQUEST FOR NEW IN HOUSE SERVICE
- Requesting locations are required to fill the application form and submit to wh.Lab.Quality.Assurance@nhghealth.com.sg
- All request will be discussed with the laboratory quality assurance team for interim approval and subsequently be submitted for endorsement to Clinical Board.
- Timeline after final approval varies depending on whether evaluation needs to be performed in the laboratory before introduction of new test or service.
