Patients may skip the waiting queue at the pharmacy by opting for one of the following medication refill services.
By submitting a delivery order, you agree to both conditions:
Allow a trusted 3rd party courier to deliver your medication(s) and contact you for delivery changes in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Give consent to NSC Pharmacy to collect payment and/or bill accordingly as per the payment method indicated in your submission
Payment for prescription medication(s) and delivery charges (if applicable) is to be made by ePayment via HealthHub/ AXS as soon as the amount and invoice number are made known to the recipient. All payments must be in Singapore dollars.
Checking of Medications and Product Quality
Upon delivery, the recipient will undertake to check that the correct medications and quantities are received.
NSC Pharmacy will not be liable for any defects in products delivered unless the recipient communicates to NSC Pharmacy, verbally or in writing of the purported defects, within 3 working days of delivery of the products.
In such instances, NSC Pharmacy’s liability, if so determined, shall be limited either to (a) the replacement of the defective products with equivalent products and a waiver of the medication delivery service charge for the replacement or (b) the refund equivalent to the cost of replacement of the relevant defective products.
Return of medications, other than the above, are subject to NSC Pharmacy’s current medication refund policy. NSC Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse the return of any medication which has been damaged whilst in the user’s possession.
Medication Delivery Locations
Collect your medication parcel from your preferred EZY Locker location within 3 calendar days of receiving SMS notification with pin code. Patients may skip the waiting queue at the pharmacy by opting for one of the following medication refill services.
