NHG Health App
Paying your outstanding bills on the NHG Health App is quick and convenient. Simply follow the steps below:
Log in to the NHG Health App using your Singpass account.
On the Home / Landing Page, tap Payments.
You will see a list of outstanding bills.
Select your own bills, or
Choose a dependent / caregiver profile, if applicable.
Select the bill you wish to pay.
Choose your preferred payment method and complete the payment.
Paying for Someone Else
If you are making a payment on behalf of someone else:
Select the option “Pay for Someone Else”
Enter the required Invoice Number or Case Number
Proceed to select the bill and complete payment
Once payment is successful, the transaction details will be available in the history section for your reference in the app.
Health Hub
Patients who have outstanding bills now have various options to make payment electronically.
Log in to HealthHub app using your Singpass account.
Under Services > Payments & Financials > Payments.
Select Patient.
Select National Healthcare Group and the bill.
Select Payment method.
Credit / Debit Card
To pay your bills using card, click on the “Credit / Debit Card Payment” icon below to bring you to the AXS* website:
Payment via AXS website (http://www.axs.com.sg/) is available for Visa and MasterCard credit card holders only. Select AXS e‑station > Pay Bills > Healthcare > National Skin Centre. Enter bill number beginning with AGU and complete authentication.
Pay Now
You can now conveniently pay your bills via PayNow. Simply send your payment to UEN: 1910292E9448 or scan the QR code.
Make sure to include your bill number as a reference. Payments made without the bill number cannot be matched to your account.
