Background
Psoriasis is one of the top 10 skin diseases seen in our centre. It is a disease that has significant physical and psychosocial impact. It is important to have a clinical measure of the patients improvement in their psoriasis while attending the clinic. PAQI (Psoriasis Area and Quality Index) is a validated tool for assessing psoriasis severity. A 50% improvement in PAQI scores (PAQI 50) translates to a meaningful improvement in quality of life of the patients.
