Join us for this 3-hour programme (in English) designed and delivered by our diabetes nurse educator and dietitian to help people with diabetes and early signs of kidney disease protect their health.
Knowledge, practical tips and skills are shared through interactive and fun activities to help participants learn how to look after their kidneys.
