​Come and join us in this virtual space, as we learn how to care for ourselves and our loved ones in a fun and interactive way! The sessions are designed to be casual yet informative. No background in science required, just brave minds and souls! The theme is Mental Health Matters. Session 1 on 15 Jul 2023: Topic 1: Healthy Mind, Healthy Life with speaker Ms Janhavi Vaingankar from Institute of Mental Health. Topic 2: What if I just ask and say, rather than guess and hint? with speaker Ms Kuik Shiao-Yin from Common Ground Civic Centre & Consultancy. Session 2 on 22 Jul 2023: Take Charge of your Mental Health - Steps to getting help, with Dr Chris Tan Ze Jia, Institute of Mental Health. Session 3 on 29 Jul 2023: Rising above challenges - perspectives on recovery in mental health. This session features a panel discussion with Prof Chua Hong Choon from Yishun Health, Mr Nicholas Lee from Resilience Collective, Mr Eric Lim from Brahm Centre, and Mr Chirag Agarwal from Talk Your Heart Out. It is moderated by Dr Chikul Mittal from Yishun Health.
