Working at the IMH contact centre and NAMS as a Counsellor has been a truly rewarding experience. It allows me to assist individuals over the phone and through webchat, which is particularly meaningful to me. Many people struggle to seek help in person due to the isolating nature of addiction and mental health issues, and I feel honoured to be part of their recovery journey. The support and camaraderie within our team are also what keep me motivated every day, and I am fortunate to have met every one of them!
