Dr David Teng is a Senior Consultant with the Emergency Department, Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

He holds the appointment of Commander, Disaster Site Medical Command, Ministry of Health, Singapore. Internationally, Dr Teng works with the International Federation for Emergency Medicine (IFEM) Disaster Special Interest Group to increase awareness of disaster medicine and to encourage international collaboration in this area. As Vice-Chair of the IFEM Education Practice Group, Dr Teng has led advances in Emergency Medicine education and published research in various international journals.
