Dr Tan Mei Ling is a Consultant in Advanced Internal Medicine, in the General Medicine Department at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH). Her responsibilities include patient care, clinical work, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She has a special interest in bone mineral densitometry (BMD) screening in postmenopausal women with moderate to high risk of osteoporosis during hospitalisation.She is completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Menopause Health and will be involved in setting up Menopause Medicine at KTPH. She serves as a Clinical Lead in the Committee for Advanced Practice Nurse Competence (CAC) and Core Clinical Faculty Member of the Post Graduate Year One (PGY1) programme. She works alongside the nursing department and educational office department in training healthcare professionals.
