Dr Karthigaiyan completed his specialty training in Advanced Internal Medicine in 2024 and is an Associate Consultant in General Medicine. He cares for patients with complex medical issues in both inpatient and outpatient settings. 

He has a strong interest in critical care medicine and is currently pursuing further training in Intensive Care Medicine. 

Beyond his clinical practice, he has an interest in medical education and is actively involved in training doctors at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
