The NHG Assessment & Shared Care Team (ASCAT) is a multi-disciplinary psychiatric team which provides assessment, treatment, and holistic care for clients with moderate to severe mental health conditions. Anchored by four NHG Health institutions (Institute of Mental Health, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, and Woodlands Health), NHG ASCAT services offer localised support to community mental health providers and residents within Central and North Singapore.
