Mentoring in NHG

SEED Programme

The NHG Supporting Exploration among Early-career Doctors (SEED) Programme is a mentoring programme for junior doctors seeking career guidance and professional development from experienced mentors and near-peer mentors. Mentees will have the opportunity to gain valuable perspectives through the sharing of lived experiences by mentors.

Programme Objectives:

  • Nurture junior doctors by supporting their professional and personal growth
  • Facilitate career guidance

Any junior doctor (PGY1, MO, or junior residents) interested in seeking a mentor to support their career development may join the programme.

Rest assured that your enrollment is absolutely voluntary!

Meet our Mentors

We have brought together mentors from across various paths, ranging from near-peers to esteemed clinicians, all with their own unique insights to share with you. Read on our mentors' profiles to understand their experiences and career paths, in order for you to choose your top 3 preferred mentors during the registration process.

*Please note that the link to mentors' profiles is only accessible via the NHG intranet.
