
Hand Surgery, Tan Tock Seng Hospital
Dr Stephen Siew is a Consultant with the Department of Hand & Reconstructive Microsurgery at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) and a Visiting Consultant at Woodlands Hospital. He graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2011, obtained his MRCS (Glasgow) in 2014, and completed his specialist residency training in Hand Surgery at TTSH in 2021.
Dr Siew was awarded the Ministry of Health’s Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) scholarship for a fellowship in Melbourne, Australia (2024–2025) at the Dandenong Hand Surgery Fellowship program. His subspecialty clinical interests focus on hand and wrist reconstructive techniques, ligament reconstruction, joint implant arthroplasty (joint replacement), and arthroscopy (minimally invasive surgery).
Dedicated to medical education, Dr Siew is an appointed Adjunct Lecturer and Clinical Educator at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. He is actively involved in teaching both undergraduate medical students and surgical residents, and his contributions have been recognized with a National Healthcare Group (NHG) Teaching Award in 2024.
