Dr Raymond Ng practises Palliative & Supportive Care medicine with a special clinical interest in Advance Care Planning, Palliative Care in Primary Care and in Medical Education. He is dually trained in Family Medicine and Palliative Medicine.
He is a co-chair of the National Advance Care Planning Steering Committee and the Course Director of the Graduate Diploma in Palliative Medicine, NUS.
Dr Ng is an advocate for advance care planning and believes that understanding what truly matters to each person is key to person-centred care.
Awards he has won include a Team HMDP Award in Advance Care Planning in 2018 and a Team HMDP Award in Integrated Ecosystems of Proactive Care and Community Engagement in Palliative Care in 2023.
Dr Ng speaks English, Mandarin, and Hokkien.
