About
Dr Ooi Say Tat is Senior Consultant and Head of Section for Infectious Diseases at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. He is also Clinical Director of the Clinical Epidemiology Unit.
He received his medical degree from Dalhousie University, Canada in 2000, followed by fellowship training in Infectious Diseases at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, USA. With his interest in Infectious Disease epidemiology and antimicrobial resistance, he pursued and completed a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 2017. He is actively involved in Infection Control and Antimicrobial Stewardship Programme at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
