Dr Chong Lip Leong is a Consultant with the Department of Haematology at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He is also a Visiting Consultant with the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, KK Women's and Children's Hospital.
He received his medical degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2012, and completed his postgraduate training in Haematology. He subsequently received his fellowship in haematology from the Royal College of Pathologists, United Kingdom (FRCPath, UK).
He received the Best Exiting Trainee Award from the Chapter of Haematologists, College of Physicians, Singapore in 2023. He is a Content Expert and Clinical Teacher at NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) and core tutor at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (YLL).
