Become a Certified Mentally LIT Trainer and help shape a generation that's mentally informed.
Mental health literacy plays a vital role in helping young people recognise the signs of mental health challenges, reduce stigma and know when and where to seek help. Yet many youths still lack the knowledge and confidence to have these conversations.
The Mentally LIT Train-the-Trainer Programme equips educators, healthcare professionals and youth practitioners with the skills and confidence to deliver an evidence-based mental health literacy curriculum to young people. The programme includes self-paced online learning, two days of interactive training with practical role plays, and support for your first Mentally LIT delivery. Participants who successfully complete the programme and post-training quiz will become certified Mentally LIT facilitators.
If you're passionate about supporting young people and promoting mental wellbeing, we'd love to have you join us.
