Mr Tow Heng Tan is the CEO of Pavilion Capital, an investment firm based in Singapore. Formed in 2012, Pavilion Capital is wholly owned and funded by Temasek. Pavilion Capital focuses on funds and direct co-investments in companies that ride on the growth and transformation of the North Asia and Southeast Asia economies.

Mr Tow was the Chief Investment Officer of Temasek International, prior to his current position as CEO of Pavilion Capital. He started his career with the then Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) and was later an investment banker with Schroders Singapore. He later held senior leadership positions serving as Managing Director of Lum Chang Securities and Senior Director of DBS Vickers.

Mr Tow is currently the Chairman at Sembcorp Industries Ltd and Temasek Trust Asset Management and sits on the boards of Temasek Trust and National Healthcare Group.

He previously served as director on the boards of Keppel Corporation, ComfortDelGro Corporation and Shangri-La Asia.
