NHG Health expands community access to diabetic foot and eye screenings for early detection and timely care

In a major step towards strengthening early detection and management of diabetes-related complications, NHG Health has teamed up with GPs in its Central-North Primary Care Network and community partners to make it more convenient for patients with diabetes to go for their Diabetic Foot Screening and Diabetic Retinal Photography services at locations in their neighbourhoods.
