From 2026, NHG Health will expand and enhance its Community Health Posts in northern Singapore to bring preventive care closer to residents. The current network of 34 posts will be increased to 39 and upgraded to operate weekly, offering more services such as frailty screening, telehealth consultations, and health coaching to help residents manage chronic conditions.
