Our Radiation Oncology service provides expert consultation on the role of radiation therapy in cancer treatment. Each patient receives a personalised treatment plan developed by an experienced team of Radiation Oncologists, tailored to their individual condition and care goals.
We work closely with medical oncologists, surgeons, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, seamless cancer care—supporting safe, effective treatment and optimal outcomes for our patients.
Our services include:
• Consultation on the use of radiation therapy in cancer treatment
• Individualised radiation therapy treatment planning
• Coordination of care with the multidisciplinary oncology team
• Management of side effects related to radiation therapy
• Cancer education and counselling for patients and their families
Our Radiation Oncologists carefully assess the suitability of radiation therapy for each patient and formulate treatment plans through multidisciplinary team discussions, ensuring that care decisions are comprehensive and evidence-based.
Radiotherapy treatments are delivered at Tan Tock Seng Hospital or the National University Hospital. Upon completion of radiotherapy, patients will return to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital for follow-up appointments to monitor recovery, manage ongoing needs, and support long-term care.
