Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What are the charges for these services? Is financial assistance available?

Subsidies are based on the household financial situation determined by means-testing. These subsidies only apply to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents.

Prior to the start of service, you will be contacted by the service providers to inform you of the charges. If you have difficulties with payments of the subsidised services, you may approach the relevant service providers or MSWs for advice.

  2. If I am keen to apply for the above services, what do I need to do?

You can approach AICarelink office for applications of services at the outpatient setting. You may also approach our MSW department for care discussions.
